Set Reminders in Google Assistant and Siri

The assistant of your smartphone is only a voice command away, so don’t forget to use it. Set timers and reminders that help you structure your day in every kind of way: Get Google Assistant or Siri to let you know when it is the time to start making breakfast, for instance, or when you have done an hour of work.

On Android, swipe up from the bottom corner, launch Google Assistant, or with a command of ‘Hey Google.’ Do this by going to Apps and Notifications, and then click on Assistant from Settings. 

Put Your Music or Podcasts on a Timer

Podcasts and music can offer a good break from work – until you can work in podcasts – however, time can pass quickly when you are enjoying audio on your smartphone. By setting timers inside your music and podcast apps, you are sure they must not consume large chunks of the day. 

For instance, you can set a podcaster time for an hour; hence you know when the dinner is over and establish a playlist for 10 minutes to enhance the quality shut-eye you get. Of course! You can quickly adapt these to block out your time in the way you want. Click the ‘ZZZ’ button and choose a time. If you have Spotify for iOS or Android, go to the top right corner and click on three dots on the ‘now playing’ screen. After that, tap ‘Sleep timer.’

Commit to an Exercise Routine

Not only exercise but any activity or break will also do – however, numerous smartphone applications can help you with different workouts that last a particular time duration. Use any one or more than one app to commit the same time to the same activity regularly. 

For iOS or Android, you can try the 7 Minute Workout apps – made by different developers; however, they have the same split exercises and objectives at the same time. Both applications offer you a great selection of free workouts and pay if you need additional content. 

Well! It is just a suggestion to have 7-minute apps, as most of the exercise applications can give you workouts that last for some particular duration. The same thing is for meditation apps like Headspace for iOS or Android (13 dollars a month after a FREE trial), where you can see mental exercises that last for 10, 15, or 20 minutes.
